1. Click on the "Find Members" text to the right of your profile widget.
2. Enter a name in the Find Friends input box (you can choose to search by username or email address) and click "Search".
3. Find the desired user in the list and click "Add as a friend."
4. The user will be notified of the friend request, and if they accept, you will be DUC friends!
